How Do I Place An Order?

You can place orders through our secure website or by contacting us directly on Whatsapp +201014810796. please allow 7 days to pass before contacting us as we need time to process orders by submitting approval forms to al-azhar for international shipments. during this process, we would highly appreciate your patience. 



Payment & Shipping

Payments can be made by bank card, pay-pal, or by western union. We ship to over 60 countries using various methods. Orders are sent out once a week when your order is shipped you will be contacted via DHL or through our website or both with confirmation of shipment.  We ship large orders to the US using DHL or TNT. Some books are difficult to export, unfortunately, so for these books types of books we use DHL. All orders to Malaysia are sent by Egyptian Post or via private services that cater to Malaysian shipments. Private companies do not offer tracking numbers. Singaporean Orders are shipped through the Egypt Post however If Our Singaporean customers have addresses in Malaysia shipping to Malaysia would cost a lot less. We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Bank also Bank Cards with these logos. We also accept Western Union Payments. All Credit/Debit card payments are securely processed and all personal Information is Erased after transaction is complete. 


 



Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, because we are located in Egypt we do not accept returns and all sales are final after 72 hours of purchase. In the event that a package is lost, and it has been confirmed by the courier service after a complete investigation then we will send out a replacement at our discretion in shaa allaah.
