Originally this book was a Master's Thesis that was written by Doctor 'Abdul Aziz bin 'Abdullaah an-Nimlah presented to al-Qaseem University. Usul ash-Shahshi is an Usool al-Fiqh book according to the Hanafi Madhhab. Usul ash-Shashi is considered one of the most important books in the science of Hanafi Usul al-Fiqh.  Printed in two volumes by Dar Ibn Hazim on yellow paper.
