This book is written by ash-Shaykh Mahmoud Shakir from Syria. He is not the Brother of Ahmad Shakir the Egyptian, This book contains 20 Volumes, Originally is was 22 but because of Security reasons the Syrian, Jordanian and Lebanon government decide to prohibited two volumes (10 and 11) of the Book. It seems they were prohibited from being printed only due to the fact that it focused on the spread of as-Salafiyyah and The Daw'ah of ash-Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab.
